Hosting
This site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) via its European infrastructure. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp) in server logs as far as technically required to deliver the site and defend it against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — my legitimate interest in operating a secure, available website. I have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Email contact
If you email me, I process your address and whatever you write to answer you and, where it leads somewhere, to prepare a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Mails are kept as long as our correspondence requires, plus statutory retention periods for business mail.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR), plus the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Writing to the address above is the fastest route for all of them.
